My favourite tech-influenced neologism of the last few years is without a doubt 'ineBayated' to describe the state of mind of shopping on eBay whilst drunk, which is often a precursor to some unusual purchases.
ineBayated: (adjective) A state of drunkenness during which an individual spends a disproportionate amount of money on eBay relative to their normal spend. Example: "After a long night out with Stella I went online to buy a Nintendo Wii for £400. I was totally ineBayated and now my wife is going to kill me."
But now I'm making a push for shitFacedBooking – a verb to describe that moment when you log on and start contacting people after you've had a few shandies too many.
Though perhaps it might be justice for all those people who asked to be added as a friend even though you've not seen them since you were seven.
As in: "I went shitFacedBooking last night and invited everybody I went to primary school with to a toga party at my house."
